1. Is there a white hat method to buying traffic?
2. Is there a white hat method to buying blog comments? or what is the best method to buying blog comments?

PM me. I know of someone selling 50,000 real hits for $13 - although purchasing isn't technically whitehat, it works with adsense and most CPM sites.

you will not go wrong with HitLeap Premium for anonymous real traffic. cheap and working like a charm. best auto surf site on the net imo

$7/day for approx (plus/minus) least 1k well distributed worldwide traffic with good bounce rate and time on site...

just, don't expect much from it.. well don't really expect anything, except nice G analytics report of good direct traffic.

i work with 2 niche websites that currently get about 100 hits a day? wouldn't the spike look suspicious?

I wouldn't recommend either of these methods unless you want to get penalized by Google....
