Hi, i need to get a lot of domains at namecheap (like U$S 450)
I going to use whoisguard to keep anon but i want to pay it from a brand new paypal account, not mine.
So, someone can recommend a good provider to buy a paypal account with money inside?

If you are worried about making sure google doesn't link those domains to you, using a different paypal is greatly overdoing it.

You can just get a VCC from the BST section and pay that way.

How can you put money inside a fake paypal account? This is because you will really need to connect your Visa or Mastercard to do it.
