Buying monetized Youtube channels considerations

also main thing to remember when buying a channel from someone is, transfer the ownership to a new email. if the chanel is a personal channel, move it to a brand account and buy an aged pva account from bhw, and transfer the ownership of that brand channel to this aged pva google email or register ur own email and get it moved.

the main reason to do this is, when the person sells u channel it will be tied to their phone number usually and to take any action like "change adsense", "login from new location" .etc, it will keep sending sms verification to that old sellers number to complete that action, even if u removed the number. you can add new number anyways but it takes long i guess.

to get rid of this sms issue or if the owner of the channel is trying to scam you by making fake claim in google support that his channel/email got hacked in order to get it back after u paid him, best practise for this situation is to transfer ownership of this youtube channel to new email.

the seller needs to send owner invite to ur google email ID from his computer and u need to accept it and he will make u owner.
then u need to stay owner for 7 days in order transfer and become primary owner and remove previous primary owner email.

but obviously pay him the money first and get his channel and email. login to it. do these ownership transfer steps by yourself, would be better,once the ownership transfer is complete its all good.

in bhw there is no escrow system but if you had difficulties with passing this step you can ask sellers for refund. for me i use escrow system , the payment will be only released to the seller once ownership transfer is complete

That's a great answer my brother, I really appreciate it, I'll check everything you said, do you think I will get in trouble if I change the channel name and completely change the niche ? or it's okay to do it? I could bot my way into the monetisation but I live in a third world country so it's cheaper to buy an already monetised channel
