Buying IP from ISP directly.

I am currently have 2 ISP that sells me static IP adders only to manage (with a bot) my costumers accounts (aged). is that method good ? why I don't see anyone talking about it in this forum ?

One thing I am not sure, most of the ip(s) are sequential (8-32 length), how bad is it ?
Is there another workaround? since I have no proxy providers in my country, is that safe to enter IG from ip located abroad the country while my client phone is geo-located in the country.
