Buying Instagram page by PayPal ( the issues)

Hello bhw community I want to learn from u about paypal recently I bought Instagram page via goods and services and the seller cheated on me so I opened a dispute than paypal gived us to 24 July to resolve the problem but yesterday the seller refund the money that remains in pending and PayPal wrote me Credit has been processed and claim is now closed. Please refer Dispute ID PP-..... . Thank you
But today Today I was surprised that the dispute was still open and turned into a a claim and PayPal wrote me : We are reviewing your case and will get back to you soon
So I want to ask you is this normal? or Should I have closed the the dispute after he refunded my money?

that's sad, did you receive any email for dispute resolution or the refund?
I think you must call them immediately without delay.

Tell them unauthorized transaction and that if the issue persists, then you will chargeback on your CC and they will usually just give the case to your favor.

Main concern is that earlier it was showing refund issued and now again it shows pending. How did that happen

Probably a mix up on behalf of PayPal. Go ahead and reach out to their support via call or chat and get it sorted out. Just ask about the status of the dispute. If they are asking you to submit more information about the case go ahead and do that ASAP.

I wouldn't worry about the issue too much as long as you provided them with the details of the case. Even though PayPal is annoying sometimes, buyers always win disputes like these if they submit information on time.
