I don't think that a common man can buy a GOV domain, it requires to have a government authority to buy it....

Yeah you can, if you are a government entity which you are not. Even if you work for the government, you need to be in a decision making authority to get the domain.
You in your lifetime will not be able to buy a government domain. I would like to be proven wrong. Prove me otherwise.
it dosen't have to and amercian gov domain. any country's gov domain is also good enough

Check Domainking.ng, You could get a Nigerian .gov domain there.

Oh yeah sorry, I was talking about US gov.
Some 3rd world .gov domain may be available. I'll follow this thread in case someone brings up a good method.

You can't. Not even in different countries than the US
Most countries in fact, use the .org.country for their "governement private TLD" as reserved
This is the "beauty" of the the gob restricted domains.
Create a political party, ascend to the government, and fund some fake organisms and assign them some .gob domains
Don't forget about us. We will be proud of you and willing to take one of those .gob domains also

Yeah not happening. Those websites are meant to be trusted domains, not gonna be sold to the common person

you need a buy a remote island, get approved by UN and then form a govt and then you can have any number of .gov domains.

You Can't Buy the GOV domain. It's for Government purposes only. You need lot's of Government Documents to buy it.
Sure you can buy one as long as you can provide one of the following:
"To register a gov domain, a letter of authorization must be submitted to the GSA. For federal agencies, the authorization must be submitted by a cabinet-level chief information officer (CIO). For state governments, authorization from the governor or state CIO is required." Good luck.
