Buying Gmail & iCloud Accounts

Hi all,

I've recently been looking into the multiphone iPhone tactic for driving up local rankings via direction requests and CTR engagement.

Each phone would need to have a unique gmail and cloud account matched with it, and Holly Stark recommends buying these accounts, however, the 2 websites she references are both no longer active (I believe one was 24accounts.com.

Does anyone have any experience with this method, and if so do you have a trusted place to pick up Gmail / iCloud accounts that can be matched with any phones I pick up?
