The number of fake group members you should increase the number of members but make sure there is interaction, but in my opinion if you buy fake members it will not be really effective because it has no interaction

I'm afraid this method is not sustainable. Users may see that your group has many members, but that doesn't mean they will believe that your group is reputable. Because nowadays, many customers will mainly look at the number of interactions in the group. A group full of virtual members cannot have good interactions.
You can buy fake members but increase the interaction in the group to avoid detection and high interaction will attract more people to join.

Buying fake members has at least two disadvantages: first, it is easy for Facebook to detect and flag your group, second, it cannot help the group develop sustainably because there is no interaction.

It could work but more usefull is just to play with name of group. Very good catchy/clickable name could grow your group almost automaticlly, it's something like SEO in facebook...
Also growing group by making posts (posts what will look like real discussion) in other groups and tagging your group in the comment will also work fine (tested already)
