Buying Email List for Promoting Offers?

Hello,

I was wondering if it is a good method for buying an email list,
And then promote affiliate offers with the purchased mailing list.

Is it a good way to start?

I am happy to hear some advice.

Nah, random email lists do not convert past about the price of a cup of coffee.

That makes sense.
Then my research will be still going futher searching a low investment method for promoting.

Try scrapping relevant users which is a good start for email or sms marketing.

That is a good well known way to get started.
I will keep doing my research first and learn a little bit more about it.
