buying domains - trademark issues

I am currently on the way to buying a domain.
The domain name I am thinking of buying has the word "coder" + some generic words. And, The website will be on coding, technology, and stuffs like that.

As there is a trademark registered with the name "coder", I am a bit skeptical wheather I should buy the domain or not. https://trademarks.justia.com/879/58/coder-87958796.html

Advice and suggestions are needed. Will it affect my website If I ever sell the website?

To avoid trademark issues, check where the trademark is registered for example the USA

Then go and buy the domain from a registrar who is situated in a different country like UAE or INDIA also you would need whois according to that country

You can ask your friend living in that country to help you with it, or register a company in those country and buy that domain ( If domain is valuable enough )
