Buying domain with False Informations?

Hi I want to buy a domain but I don’t like to register with my real Informations.

Is it possible? What can happen if I buy this domain and I want to sell it, any problems?

BTW: Nothing Blackhat, I just want to buy this domain and sell it for a good price again

Does this differ from buying domain with CC and then changing the Whois info after that (for ex on NC)? Is the previous Whois info stored somewhere ?

Maybe you can buy it with your real info and use privacy to hide your info in whois if that is your aim. I suggest you using real info because sometimes the registrar can ask for Photo ID and if you use fake info that could really become big trouble for you but its your choice :)
 
If there will be no Whois protection, in the beginning, there will be cached domain history somewhere.
And no if you do not do any illegal you can order domain with any registrar and buy Whois protection, or buy from registrars like porkbun.com etc. whey give this for free.
No one will see the owner of the domain.

I use namecheap - I either use namecheap's free whois protection or just use false name and address, doing it for the last 4 years without any problem.
 
Personally, I wouldn't insert false data. Whilst you generally should not have problems, it is usually against the rules of the registrar you are using and for some TLD's, it is against the registry's rules.
If someone chooses to complain (for any reason) and they have no way to find out who owns the record, and they kick up enough fuss, it is possible that either the registrar or the registry will delete the domain.
 
It’s hard inserting false data when paying with crypto as most gateways requires verification getting your account funded.
 
In Europe, there is new GDPR law and registers can't show domain owner info.
ICANN send this info:
ICANN, the organization responsible for the stability of the Internet, requires that each domain name registrant be given the opportunity to correct any inaccurate contact data (WHOIS data) associated with a domain name registration.

But from 2018 05 25 GDPR law doesn't let them show domain owner information public to everyone.

You can with some vpn or many tools. But I'll suggest you to register with your real imfo. It will help you in future confirmation.
 
proof of ID if required
If by any chance you loose credentials. Register a real persons name.
