High limit accounts can only be created with cc and the one i have being able to create are all regions with two 20 instances and the rest 10 instances or 10 instances all through. If interested add me on skype i have pm you my skype details

I need to buy AWS accounts fully verified with phone and credit card (not virtual credit card or prepaid card!) with high limits of EC2 instances and all regions available.
Cardholer shoud be properly charged for 1$ during registration process. When it's not correctly charged Amazon won't fully activate pay-as-you-go subscrption and will try to charge credit card during first use of EC2 instances and then suspend account. It's not an option for me, so please ensure that account which you are going to sell me was completely verified and limits are highest possible.
I am going to run many EC2 large instances so high limits is a must for me. I will buy first account and check if it works properly and then we can manage bulk purchase.
Payments only with BTC or XMR.
I am completely new here, so I can't send PM.

This may not be the place to ask but I am a little confused. Buying AWS services that have a high limit (I presume they're billed monthly) so that you can just run it up for the month and then it gets dumped? I just struggle to understand how this would be very useful if you burn it after such a short time. Maybe I am missing something.
