The part of Data emails is solved, by doing a research I leaned a lot of things, for now I'm getting problems with my server SMTP for not sending emails, and after solving the problem I'll be looking for a way to set up an IP rotator and other stuff that helps to hit the inbox, and of course buying a lot of servers.

First thing is the network won't even allow you to run traffic because networks/advertisers are wary of this shit and only approve affiliates based on solid proofs...I am talking in terms of offers that allow email traffic....They will ask a lot of questions like what ISP's are you mailing, your inbox rate, how often do you scrub your list etc....

The server part that allows mass mailing is solved, and I just found that most of the CPA networks don't allow spam traffic, and now the only thing I need is a CPA who doesn't care if you send spam emails, any suggestion???

How did you solve the get target data emails ? Buy or scrape byself and how ? Im also newbie in email marketing like you can you share your experience in that way
although it hasn't been the quickest, I've built a sizeable email list without spending more than $20 total and going on about two months now and I've learned so much more than I ever could have.
You're likely going to be burning time and money. This is something you'll be able to rely on again and again. Are you sure don't want to just build it from the ground up and have a list that actually wants what you're offering?

The legit people who are selling email addresses that you can send spam to are called List Brokers. You can google it and you will find a lot of them out there. They are selling opt-in emails (people who have subscribed to something and have agreed to receive spam about a certain topic).
Some people sell up to date lists (which are cleaned from fake and non working emails) and some of them sell uncleaned. If you buy clean and up to date email list, you can upload it straight to an autoresponder that allows list import without approval (like MailChimp, iContact...) and start mailing.
If you buy uncleaned email list, than you will have to clean it. There are services out there that do that. Or you can learn how to setup a mailing server and do it on your own.
Most spammers these days are using either their own custom mailing servers or MailMinion.

secoundly look for a mail server on here there some grate deals.
Know goto the same website as gsa ...
there a app that can get you a working email list
and the softwere only cheap.

Lol, I guess that those lists for sale are useless or already spammed to death. As someone already said above, the best way would be scraping emails from web by yourself.
