Buying a domain and parking it without any trace?

I want to buy a domain but I want to stay stealth like for a PBN.

Is this still feasible in 2020? If so, how to do this?

The same question for transferring a domain name that we buy elsewhere.

PS: I know how to buy a domain, but no clue how to buy a domain without leaving a trace.

You could just use fake details, on a lot of extensions you won't need to verify them (like com, net, etc). Don't use the same details for every single domain. You could make the whois private on some domains. In short, you need to have variety. Make them look like they are owned by different people.
