Cyrus I tried to get into contact with you numerous times, Had BTB try and get a hold of you, No response.

The agreement was to make me a website for $1500

I have Paid you over $1k and all that is up is a theme (which I could have found myself if thats what you were going to charge me to "make a site")

Every Few Days I got the typical runaround ( i have every msgn convo i ever Conducted with him for proof) of "ya man im workin on it, almost done" or "ya just give me a list of what else needs to get done, by friday it will be officially done".

Not only was some of the work not $1500 material, many fridays came and went and still no site is done, just your basic theme that was changed once.

Not only that, This project was started the beginning of March, You told me it will take 5-6 wks, and here we are at 8 wks with JUST A THEME.

Now i jump on here and See you have time to Come on and Close your Auto Forum thread due to "high customer demand" but cant respond to my msngers?

I see you were on BHW today. But couldnt hop on and give me a heads up of what is going on?

I hope this turns out to be just a misunderstanding. There have been too many scams reported lately. CyrusVirus has a high post count and has been around for a while so maybe he's got some personal issues.
But I'm sure we'll find out soon.

1500 is a lot of money in any ones terms ( Ive charged over 12K for one site, but then again they wanted everything including the kitchen sink in it )

i told him via IM (i have proof) a few days ago that if i didnt hear anything from him, that i was doing this...

Too bad! It end up like this.

I sent him a link to this thread via skype so things can get sorted out.

I know Cirus has been around for a while now but surely he is aware of this thread
by now and clearly should have responded in some way.
@Cirus, be a stand up guy and answer the op. Fucking up is not a crime but blatant
scamming is. If you cant do the job admit it and make arrangements to make good.
Remember you can run but you can't run away from yourself.

I really suggest people use freelancer.com for orders this big. At least you can use their escrow feature and dispute mechanism if you run into trouble. BHW has no such equivalent feature which is too bad.

I know cyrus was in some financial difficulty but I didn't think he would resort to this. Hopefully he comes in and clears things up.

yeah for sure. i wouldnt pay someone more than $1k on here just because if you get screwed, theres really nothing you can do..especially with all the scams that have been going on. I remember seeing a thread from cyrus saying he needed $1500 in 3 days or something or else he gets kicked out, but I think that thread was deleted, not sure. He's actually online right now so lets see if he responds..

and a pm on bhw at that time
he was browsing the forum. now
hes logged out. that takes some balls
with a 1.5k shit list on your head
and as others have pmd him also to
make him aware of this thread
hes getting the notifications and either
not reading them or ignoring them
