saw a listing awhile ago on Flippa claiming to get $8,000 of profit from $1,000 of purchased traffic. Does anyone know where I can purchase that kind of traffic? Thanks.

You should Google "purchase targeted traffic" find a few possible options and then Google "option 1 scam", "option 2 scam" and see if anybody has reported those sites as being useless.

Also, there are plenty of verified services in the 'Buy, Sell Services' section of this forum. I have not had a chance to look properly but you may find some target traffic sellers.

Even if you do not find targeted traffic in that section you can pay as little as $5 for 10k untargeted visitors. Considering it is so cheap you might want to give untargeted a try and see what kind of return you get. The sellers claim the traffic is high quality and they click ads.
