buy instagram account safely

I want to take over an Instagram account
I don't want to secure against the person not to be cheated, just how I can take over the account without being banned.

Taking over accounts is illegal and Instagram blocks accounts if they notice that.
So that my other accounts are not getting banned, I ask for your advice on how to do it best.

I get the email with the account registered as well. That is also checked and the registration message is still there.


My idea how I would proceed:

1. use separate mobile phone with new SIM card (only use 4g, no WLAN, no overlapping with previous accounts)
2. email account change password
3. login via separate mobile phone to the Instagram account
4. confirmation of the security email for login with new device
5. changing the password
6. changing the security codes in the settings of the account

What do you think of the procedure?
What if the account was previously associated with a Facebook profile?
Have I forgotten steps, or can you tell me your experience with a purchase?

Don't log in with multiple devices and use Escrow to make sure that you get the account. Apart from that, your plan seems solid to me.

Get removed every profiles/services attached to the Instagram account , tell the seller to add your number and get it verified before he transfers you the account , you will have an extra layer of protection
