I want to promote 1 account on 100 accounts with story shoutouts and i just want to make sure instagram doesnt see this as unnormal & bans the 100 and the 1 account
I think if you get 1000 shoutouts a day or so a manual reviewer will have a look at it or the algorithm will mark it
Are you buying shoutouts, or are these botted accounts. If botted, it really depends. The last time I did botted shoutouts was over 5 years ago, before IG was as strict, and even back then, too many in a short period would get your account banned. I don't think there's a set number since IG's algo looks at a lot of different factors (account age, IP/proxy, posts, quality, etc.), but I would play around with limits on a dummy account until you're confident with what you can get away with.

That's very inaccurate and completely not true. Is not against Instagram TOS that your account can be promoted by thousands of influencers or fans.
Yes, if you manage the other 1000 accounts and somehow Instagram knows, find a link between them (method of creation, bad low quality proxy or same settings) then they will ban those accounts not your main account.
Think of how many people do story/hashtags/mention/caption/shoutout for @TheRock daily or whatever other big account
That's super risky imo. If your accounts are great quality and unique enough to bypass the algo, there would be no issue. But I doubt you'll be able to manage and grow 100 accounts that fly under the radar by hand to make this even worth the effort (if you don't get banned). You'd either need a team of VAs or a bot to get that kind of volume done.
As mentioned, these play a factor, as well as countless other ways IG can detect patterns.
OP mentioned he wants to use his own accounts. I'm not sure why thread title has "buy".

Device, ip, geo tracking, hash of images, imagine Matching algorithm, follow unfollow patterns
I have a solution for everything mentioned above.

Every account is different and not connected to each other

Yea but therock is an authority acc if you could say it like that
I ll go natural and warm the promoted account up.
2-4 shoutouts per day and the more follower and reach it gets the more shoutouts i can do from my seperate accounts
(Instagram doesnt know im the owner of those accounts, there is currently no technical solution availible so that they could find that out
)

There is 0 chance your main account will get banned from shoutouts: ZEEROOO, NONE!

Let's say that will be the case and one random account gets banned because other accounts are promoting it via shoutouts, story etc... Imagine what precedent will open for blackhats to start killing their competition doing this. Nahh, this is 100% safe!

Youre right.
But what about the 100 promoter accounts? I cannot lose them.
I see those as my main accounts and the 1 promoted account as my money acc with which i monetize the other 100 pages

That is other conversation. Yes, the other accounts can be linked together and banned UNLESS you know how to manage it!

I am 99% that i know how to manage that.
[Giving out Information and secrets that i collected the past 4 weeks on how to mass create and manage huge amounts of accounts whitehat]
I will use 1 phone 2 accounts each phone one simcard for every phone with a 4g connection data plan
(100 accounts: 50 phones, 50 sim cards with 4g data plan, 30GB each simcard)
That way instagram has no single possibilities linking my accounts because:
Location: every phone will be seen in the data Center of the mobile internet provider
And there are millions
Device: every device is different, a real phone, different phones from different companies
(Also imei, mac adress etc will be unique)
- instagram gathering information about me from mobile providers or phone companies:
---> risk diversification, buy phones and data plans from different companies
Instagram wouldnt be able to hide from public buying data from all users on all mobile providers + it s way too expensive
Now the more complicated things:
- instagram hash/content detector:
Change hash of every picture + change the picture itself so it s different
(I have 100 accounts, 10 sub-classes, for each class i will make content every weekend
For every account in a sub-class i will change the picture after the Template of the account
---> risk diversification ---> worst case scenario: instagram interlinks 10 instances of 10 accounts each but hey, still 10 undetected instances which are independant from each other
)- user-pattern detector:
These are even more complicated and i dont even know if i could explain it in detail in english as my native language is german
But in short, i just pretend that every account is used by a different person through making every phone have it s own follow unfollow sequence)
I will go into detail on the user pattern detector next weekend, but im 99% sure there is NO way instagram could detect that it is me having so many accounts.

If you have multiple phones connected and you start switching the IPs too fast (you will find the sweet spot) the IPs will start to be closer and closer to the phone location (same city, same area) but if the network is clear and the IPs wasn't spammed before, then you are good to go without any issueLocation: every phone will be seen in the data Center of the mobile internet provider
