Payoneer does not accept crypto currency buys. If you do, they will close your account, it's against their terms. If you don't believe me go and live chat with them.

That's interesting, first time i'm hearing about this. I did use my Payoneer card to deposit on Virwox multiple times, although it was via PayPal. So far so good.
Looking into it a bit more, i found a few mentions of this on other places as well. However someone said there's only an issue if the word "cryptocurrency" or "BTC" shows up in your transaction log and there's a dispute. It appears, Payoneer doesn't pro-actively monitor this, only if there's an issue and they do manual review. But i guess better be safe than sorry, so use a different card, OP.

Yea, it was 2 weeks ago. It worked, the purchase went through PayPal (with the Payoneer card as funding source), because Virwox doesn't seem to allow credit card deposits directly for some time now. I repeated the transaction in every month at least once.
Ok it seems good idea (using payoneer through paypal). Do you know other exchange platform that accept PayPal?

Try to use the advanced search on the forum, search for "BTC PayPal" in thread titles, you'll have several results.

Mastercard don't let you pay for crypto-currency as it falls under Gambling. You'll have to figure out other ways to exchange it.
