Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum, I have been reading the contributions of users for a long time and the level that is here is spectacular.
The point is I am opening an E-commerce with a partner (Spain)
We are going to launch a clothing brand only for Spain (For now)
I want to share the business model that I am going to use in order to share my strategy and receive your best advice:
- Shipping: I know a very simple local company which has very good delivery times of 1 - 4 working days and with a competitive price with few daily shipments
- Manufacturing: My partner has a workshop with all the means to make the products.
- Target: After a few months analyzing what type of audience I want to reach, what type of buyers they are, what competition I have, what model my competition uses, what quality content-product I can offer and above all how to improve the value proposition of My competition knows how I have to approach my strategy.
- Seo: I am BlackHat love but when you get into the brand it is best not to screw it up a lot, my competition hardly works on SEO, it only has a few blogs without much authority pointing to its site money, my strategy is to position a main blog by uploading quality content related to fashion to gain natural organic traffic and I will position my products by putting the name of influencers related to my target to the garments to give a boost.
- Social: Here I am a little lost ...
Basically I will buy 1 IG and FB account segmented only in my country, I will do an Influencers Marketing campaign, I will hire a girl to handle the RSS, upload quality content and interact with my clients

- Funnel: My strategy is to get the best list of segmented clients for my target to carry out Email marketing with discounts and offer them quality content for free weekly with the best updates in the sector.

- Technologies: I will use Shopify as an E-commerce store and Wordpress as a content manager for my blogs.
