Bully gets his butt kicked... what's your opinion?

I disagree. I was always told if someone hits me, I hit them back ten times harder. I'll tell my kids the same thing. You don't just let someone walk over you like that.

I don't know how it is in the UK, but here in the US both of those boys could be expelled from school. Our children here are not allowed to defend themselves in school anymore. The school systems are making bullies more powerful and the victims weaker because children who are bullied do not want to become snitches due to reputation, so the bullies can get away with more knowing that the other kids will not tell on them. And, the victims are not allowed to "hit back" because they too will be suspended or expelled.

I was told the same thing you were growing up, and that's the way we handled things. But now days the victims have to become tattle tails in order to survive in school, and when other kids find out that you are a tattle tail, then your reputation is shot all the way to the end of your school career.

Self defense. But the world is so messed up, the bully who only just tried to defend himself will probably get fucked over.

And with Obama recentley speaking on cyberbulling, but bullying nonetheless, and with this incident, I would hope that people realize it is a serious problem.

If the bullies parents go after this kid (probably in civil court), then I would suggest that the DA charges the bully as an adult with assault charges.

That video make me want to go out and kick someone's ass. Doesn't matter who, just someone:D

funny enough I saw this video earlier today. And the big kid(the one being bullied) did what he had to, he stood up for himself and defended himself.

And everybody sitting and saying, he musn't use "violence" to protect himself he shall just use the power of words.

I got one sentence for you: Get out in the real world instead of living in a F*CKING BUBBLE!!!

yep as you can hear it really gets to me that people can be so ignorant that they think words can solve all things. It just makes things worse in some cases

they're both retards. no one wins.

brent360, love the avatar btw

haha xD

So true, kids get the usual 'You're always wrong, you need to talk to an adult'. What exactly does that teach? And when are kids supposed to learn to take decisions and stop resolving issues through adults?

Also why would I care if some bully gets beaten at his home? How is it my kid's problem? It doesn't mean my kid needs to offer his mental or physical health so that the bully can get a break.

Kick every opressor's butt I say. Just like the semi-official advice, if you're going to shoot a home invader make sure he's dead or risk facing criminal and civil charges even if it was justified self-defence.

Yep that's what i teach my kid too, never let anyone punk you. From what i see that little prick deserved it, so no harm done...made me have a good laugh though :D

I LOLed. :D Then I watched it again, and kept on LOLing. :D

It's fucking hilarious when the little twerp gets up after he's been slammed and he's stumbling all over the place. He looks like he's about to cry. I could watch that shit all day.

I thought the big guy showed great restraint in not booting him in the head a few times, although it would have been even more entertaining if he had.

It's one thing to push someone, it's another to punch them in the face and not expect retaliation. Not only did he punch him once but he tried again several times.

I don't think Casey should have been suspended, maybe after school detention for both of them. The smaller kid started it, and the bigger one gets suspended? - Makes no sense to me.

=)) agreed laughed my ass of :))
The little twerp got what was coming to him.

Awesome, little sh!t got what he deserved, best part is everyone on the internet get to see this little pr!ck get his arse kicked!!

ROFL!!!

Kids learn from making mistakes. I guarantee that little kid is going to think twice for the rest of his life before he gets in a fight.

He got what he deserved. Period.

What's with the YT's censorship anyway?

The mom seems to be a clueless broad:

Tina Gale said:
?We don?t need this posted everywhere,? she said. ?I would like him to apologise.?
She said she was ?shocked? at her son?s behaviour, but did not think he deserved to be bodyslammed by Year 10 student Casey Heynes at Chifley College?s Dunheved Campus, St Marys.
?I was actually shocked because I always brought my three children up to walk away from fights,? she said.

Now, either she's lying, or her upbringing methods suck, Whichever it is, any reasonable judge would throw out the case.

The fat kid did the right thing to walk away and not escalate it further. His only fault was not beating the 'bully' senseless somewhere more private, just the two of them.

That little shit got exactly what was coming to him, and good on the big kid for laying it out for him plain and simple.

The thing I don't get is how the big guy got suspended and that little fucker didn't? In my school, it didn't matter one way or the other, aggressor or not. If two people got in a fight and shots were exchanged, you both got suspended, no questions.

What did they expect him to do? Stand there and take the punches? He defended himself.. maybe not in the best way, he could have broken his back very easily with what he did... but yeah, good job for defending himself.
(should have probably only threw few punches or something like that)

I think she seems somewhat reasonable. I mean, she basically said "yeah, my son got what he deserved". And in her position it's understandable to not want this all over the Internet. Her son is in the wrong, after all.

Seems like the little kid should have gotten a smacking by his parents earlier in life though, before the bigger kid had to do it.

The big kid could have easilly killed that little one if he landed on his neck. It's both parents faults. For the bully, probably bad problems at home that leads him to act out the way he is, and the victim, his parents are probably not as open with him as they need to be or they would have advised him to tell teachers. Or they could be worse and would have encouraged this violence agaisnt the bully (disgusting). It's good that the bully got what he deserved but violence just escalates things in my opinion. The bully needs a real friend, a role-model. a hobby or some counselling. I feel sorry for both of these kids. Because it exploded on the internet it will stick with them a lot longer in their lives then if it was kept relatively private.

Actually the Big Kid did what I would do aswell and I don't think he or his parents have any fault.
Its a natural thing to protect yourself against little idiots like that guy.

I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA WHERE THIS HAPPENED and the kid who got bullied *casey* had been bullied for over 4 years with out defending him self so it was just this day he cracked it and decided to defend him self he didnt attack the kid after slamming him, he walked a away. This has been discussed a lot in australia lately and its bringing a lot of people to the fact that bullying is still a huge issue here
