So, .com and .net to avoid? What abt .org and .co? People don't generally click on and trust .to lol so concerned.

shinjiru's .com/.net/.org is $19.95 and -
  • Under ICANN
  • US Laws applicable
  • USA Domain
shinjiru's .co is $29.95 and -
  • Not under ICANN
  • US Laws not applicable
  • No DMCA Shutdown
  • No Censorship
  • Columbia Islands Domain
How not being under ICANN and US laws helps on claims and copyright compared to being under ICANN?

And asked internet.bs if they are offshore domain or not and they indirectly said not by giving me their icann trademark or something.

Which domain registrar and hosting ignores fb's and G's legal claims and copyright team and don't disclose info?

There aren't many REGISTRARs that will deal with copyright claims and won't disclose information (while you technically can register under false aliases). I only know njal.la and they aren't cheap. Maybe someone else can offer other registrars, but like I said they are extremely rare, almost any registrar will leak your whois & dns at a simple request let alone a legal DMCA notice.

So u saying offshore domain registars and hosting do not work as they say?

REGISTRARs are something very different than hosting. Bulletproof/offshore hosting is very common. "Bulletproof" registrars are not. It's because the rules of becoming a registrar are heavily affected by governments/ICANN laws. I gave you an example that I know myself that claim to protect clients' privacy, (you can read their TOS) I don't know any other examples.

We call them private domains. some chinese registrars can register domains under regulations of CNNIC, so they dont come under ICANN Law or rules.
All you need to have is bulletproof server. I dont think you need bulletproof domain no matter what you do your Server IP can be traced which is being used on domain.

so fakewhois for domain?

first of all WHOIS imprint the global details on all domain similarly. They answer only to the proper complaint and forward to server companies.
if your doing some harsh activities like child porn , anti government , terrorism, federal related content your domain will be suspended no matter what spoof you do. For rest others domain registrars simply forward the request to server owners so you just need bulletproof server you can take domain from any Chinese provider like now.top or others..

good luck.
