does anyone know if there is such a thing to send bulk whatsap messages to a list of numbers?
through a piece of software?

Yes it does exist, there are people that make these bots but are usually expensive 5000$ +
 
wow, that is expensive is there no cheaper solution?
 
Probably not, code yourself a bot if you can code.
IF not maybe ask someone who could program a simple program where you add a phone number list and send the same message to all the phone numbers.
If one cant receive one - skip.
The only thing is, you need phone numbers.

yeh i have a list, and building it up even more.

im guessing this needs to be an app on a mobile and not some pc program?

i have seen many sites when searching fr bulk whatsapp messages

Considering that WA also has a web version, it should be possible even with Greasemonkey if set (code) up properly.
 
I have done whatsapp marketing bulk sms, there are lots of software but only few is working. Usually we do now is the wappbulk turbo and whatsapp queen software
