Yes it does exist, there are people that make these bots but are usually expensive 5000$ +

Probably not, code yourself a bot if you can code.
IF not maybe ask someone who could program a simple program where you add a phone number list and send the same message to all the phone numbers.
If one cant receive one - skip.
The only thing is, you need phone numbers.

yeh i have a list, and building it up even more.

im guessing this needs to be an app on a mobile and not some pc program?
