There are many softwares, have you tried DHB? It only helps you post videos, but creating an account, I think you can only create it manually.

Are you using a python script to run it? You need to use a proxy. And it must be a residential IP

You just need to go to google and search the keyword I gave you with tiktok and it will come up.

Your method is very easy for tiktok to suspect spam and unusual actions and will likely block all newly created accounts. I think it would be more reasonable for you to practice manually.

You need different devices and browsers to create accounts. If you create them on 1 device, they will be locked.
