I am looking for an smtp bulk sender

Got about 100 smtps and I want a software or a web app that enables me to bulk import smtps so I don't have to manually enter each smtp and I want also to define the sending email for each smtp
For example: smtp1:host: Port:SSL:username: Pass:[email protected]


And I also want to set a sending limit for each smtp
For example 300 emails per day and I want to rotate smtps with each email sent

you can use desktop tools such as ultramailer and sendblaster

you can also use self hosted app such as mautic or mailwizz
 
The majority of email senders softwares support SMTP rotation.
 
As Algo rightly said, you can almost always rotate SMTP. But now you will have to do your homework about this. Maybe have Mautic or a professional build a custom one for you. Even Mailwizz should be able to automate bulk emailing this way.

By the way your post looks like what should be posted in a HAF section.

How many emails can you send a day and are they cold leads? If so, what's your opening rate in gmail?
 
Mailwizz. It has all you asked for and you only pay one time (no monthly fees). It’s a self hosted solution and works great.

We also use it for our client’ email panels.

Maxbulk mailer is what you are looking for. It has all the options you've mentioned.
