by sending the same message all the time ( even is the best written msg in the planet) will destroy domain, ip, server, smtp reputation and in the end put it into blacklist = spam = end game
all smtp admin never allow you destroy their hard build reputation = hard work = time spend (what do you think you are the clever and they are the stupids)

these day this job (smtp admin) have become more complicated to , with more steps.

1. selfhost your domain(s) , your server(s) , with one ip or many and warmup them before send there is a very (cheaper) there is more info on this r/mailserver on discord if you want to go that route (= smtp or mail server admin)
2. buy smtp warmed up ready server (if you dont know what are you doing in a few days - few weeks , less than a month will be blacklisted) , costly warmup takes time and you dont know the quality of warmup - it is not just send any kind of volume ,
3. buy smtp server and warmup your self (litle cheaper than no 2), you must know how to correct warmup before send takes time 1 -2 month depends
4. mail - smtp relay services (you have just a username and pass) , costly (the most cheaper in this group is Amazon SES 100k =10$) usually is transactional mails only, if you send other kind of mails will be removed from their services, there are others that allows cold mails, marketing mails , bulks mails etc but is most costly.
5. there are more methods research to learn them

I highly suggest a white hat strategy , can be done with step no 1 (because is cheaper and you have control of your server) or any other if you have the budget
