Damn Nigerians... They should just stick to the email spams, not SMS.
Anyways, I was thinking of using the email to SMS system since everything would be 100% free; however such a technique would require opt-in or something to prove they're accepting it?

what if you have a comuter thats not online just hooked into the modem pool and if that doesnt work how often do the ips need to be changed?
