bulk email software

I use SendBlaster pro 4 + Dedicated IP SMTP server.

The first time I tried bulk emailing, I bought an email list of 100,000+, didn't warm up ip and my Vps almost banned my getting spam trigger warnings. It was hell.

Now I don't bulk email like that again. I don't want messages go to spam folder either. I Scrape fresh data myself (not buy tons of untargetted junk emails). Thanks to scrapebox @loopline He might want to chim in on this.

If you would Scrape and bulk email think about what you want to achieve. And do it slowly. I won't bulk email blast again. I am fine with just maybe 50 to 100 sending per day to my scraped data. If I am going to blast, not really like tons a time. Just blast and let the software paused like 20 seconds before it sends to another recipient in the list.

Call me paranoid, I learned this the hard way. I don't mind even if it takes forever to send based on my configurations since I am using a free SMTP with 2000 free monthly or simply the turbo smtp with 6000 monthly, anyway.

So I have nothing to lose.

Yeah I mean with email, it so hard to get it inboxed, its better to get emails directly related to what you are after. Meaning targeted emails as much as possible.

there is the method of spray and pray and just using bulk lists and taking into account that most will go to spam. But its sort of a hard game to make any money that way, it just depends on the product your trying to sell really.

I have Send blaster 4 and i am trying out the configurations to get the best deliver-ability. I think your approach is right for testing out a new IP Server.
In the advanced section in the Send menu, what settings you use for:
Messages per blocks
Pauses per Blocks
Timeouts
Connections

You may simply choose the PRUDENT in the suggested settings.

I keep an eye on the sending up to first 50 sends, if it reads OK to that level, it's a good sign you are doing something right (but don't quote me). Then let it run on autopilot in my Vps. If I get response like error, destination server rejected or something like that, I quickly abort the process to go figure out what the issue is.

I have observed that SendBlaster can help you hit the inbox well if you have a clean non bounce list and an smtp with good reputation. You would also want to take care of the sender domain configurations such as SP, DKIM, DMARC. These can be a bunch of hassles at first but are 1000% important to take care of them.

Of course, you should prepare at least 3 variations of your message so that your content won't look like a blast in the eye of ESPs. Maybe one variation per 10k prospects, two per 20k. I'm just saying.

In my software, I can see Pause between blocks set to 10 seconds.

Darn, i sent 150 test emails and 40 was rejected, it seems it is because my VPS IP is new.

Saw nobody mentioned
MaxBulk Mailer by Maxprog

It seems like your choice is going to come down to whether you want to run the email marketing platform locally or on a dedicated/vps. If you want to run it straight off your computer, I'd suggest Maxbulk Mailer above. If you want to control it from a dedicated/vps interface, go with mailwizz. Dedicated/VPS platforms require MUCH more configuration, however. If you still decide to go the server route, make sure your host opens port 25!

All the best,
Easy

Email software is just a tool. Setup your own Smtp server and install a desktop mailer on your desktop. Usually vps price $21 and domain $12. Ive been creating Smtp for many years already. Dont hesitate to ask

I think a lot of guys here have confused the questions of OP with email relaying options like Amazon, the OP was asking for a software and from his question it seems that he is looking for a self-hosted option, which he can host somewhere connect to his mail server and manage rest of the things, including the custom email header. Well, try Mumara as it has emerged as a natural alternative to IEM, someone during this thread discussion also referred to it. Mail Server along with this application can offer you the required flexibility and freedom of sending. One can hit me up at skype adnan.ahmed227 if wants more discussion on the possibilities.

To hit indox all the time is a mith it pot luck.

the real ways is make a opt in list and they add you as a contact then all emails are 100% inboxed .

anyone telling you other wise is bullshit ...

only the owner that adds a person as a contact let emails goto there inbox at all times .

all smtp severs have filters if you ant on the email list it classed as spam .

yes you get a thu in the inbox but there still spam and illegal .

why not do it correctly first place .

cold email sending a lot of hassle and money on services to help you send illegal emails

just use adwords and bing and fb paid traffic to a opt in form of a offer in your niche.(( give a free pdf away in that niche ))

build the email list up , then send them afflicate deals .

yes it that simple.

look at gsa message sender to websites , with a good deal might help you .

We are looking at Mailchimp and Sendgrid. Which one can be better?
Not sure if you are considering deliverability or the features they offer, MailChimp is the leader when it comes to functionality of the marketing platform and they are constantly enhancing, SendGrid is known for the cloud delivery. However, both aren't good if one is considering to monetize a cold email list.
