bulk email software

Hello,

Anyone knows some bulk email sending software that would allow to use custom headers and to manage sending servers/IPs/domains and mailing lists and mail tracking ? Ideally a PHP software.

Thank you.
you want to sending mail with yourself server?

why not try to install powerMTA on vps which is cost effective too.

I used a free copy of sendblaster to send emails using a private VPS with a dedicated Ip but most emails are going to the spam folders, not to mention Gmail, it seems Gmail is blocking even emails from reputable email clients.

Gmail have changed their algorithms late last year. You need to register as a bulk email sender with gmail to have a better chance of inboxing with them lately. Oh and of course your list quality as well as amount of spam reports directly influence your inbox rate.

Register as a bulk email sender? How do you do that?

I think a couple of software would allow the ability to do this, including Mumara email application that helps you set -up custom header values globally for all emails or custom header values based on Mailer/SMTP.

OP has asked something else, some of the replies have referred to MTAs application while some others have pointed out Amazon SES. He is looking to manage the servers, which means self-hosted SMTP servers need to be managed with IPs. I think all of the requirements of OP will be carried out using Mumara.

You can try mailchimp. You could send 2000 emails daily on a free account.

Build smtp server , VPS + domain , you can send 89k a day or more depends on your server specs .. Vps is $21 + domain , if you know how to rotate ips .. its a plus .. If someone needs help dont hestitate to ask. Or you can add me on Skype - linuxsmtp

Atomic is just a tool .. you need a smtp to send emails :)
