Hello,

Anyone knows some bulk email sending software that would allow to use custom headers and to manage sending servers/IPs/domains and mailing lists and mail tracking ? Ideally a PHP software.

I tried setting up my own email service using a private VPS service with a dedicated Ip address. However most emails are going to spam folder. Does anyone knows a system that really works?
 
I used Interspire for a while but I switched to Mumara and it has been a lot better for me.

Are you using http://www.mail-tester.com/ to test the quality of emails? Make sure you get a 10/10 score after setting up. After this you'll need to warm up the IPs on the SMTP server to make sure they don't get blacklisted (Check on https://mxtoolbox.com/). You need a good IP provider like ovh.co.uk too and I wouldn't set up an SMTP without 5 IPs at least.

That could be the problem, i am using only 1 dedicated server instead of rotating IP's. I got a 10/10 on http://www.mail-tester.com and my server is not blacklisted.

This is the first i am hearing about Mumara, i just looked it up but am not certain on what it is. Is it you have to install it on your own server? How does it work?
 
why not send several emails with one accounts, and switch the send account to another, it should be more better than send with the same email address . I mean you can create thousands of gmail or yahoos, And send email with them
 
Use amazon aws to send mails and it gives a good chance of inbox delivery
 
What is the cheapest email system out on the market right now that can hit the inbox of Gmail, Yahoo etc? It seems all the apps, software i use end up in the spam folder.
 
Amazon SES best solution for bulk mail. If you don't want to pay anything you can use AcelleMail.

why not just send mails with yahoo and gmail
