What kind of emails you will be sending transactional or marketing
Will you be sending to optin subscribers?
 
How many daily emails are you planning to send?
How many SMTP Accounts/IP you have for bulk sending
 
What quality? Hyper personalized or broad? Ultimately starting off with a few gsuite accounts within instantly might be your best bet. Don't do a full 1k start with 50 and see how people react to your offer. Lead quality will matter too.
 
I recommend Moonsend and Mailwizz both are good bulk email sender.

A lot of people are saying this software, but i have a problem with it? i guess they dont accept uploaded lists right? are they are ok with marketing campaigns?
 
You can try , mailchimp and Brevo . But in the free version the services are rather limited. As I don't know how many you are going to send daily. If it is less than hundred , than there are lots of tools available.

Yes, was about giving a elastic email a go because their price is really attractive, but their live support said i cant use their platform for affiliate marketing, it is just confusing.

if i can send 500 daily for a start, is even ok, at least for a start, but is mailchimp ok with affiliate marketing? uploaded lists?

no unfortunately against their guidelines. im facing the same problem. I have super very big and high quality lists for Affiliate Marketing also, maybe we could connect
