I have access to various SMTP servers and also a targeted mail list.

Someone maybe have a good link on how to use those servers to send out bulk mails, i will keep researching myself but maybe someone have a guide or something else which will shorten my research time.

to make use of SMTP's you need some mailing application. Have a look at Interspire and MailWizz.

I have bruted smtps, can i use this feature somehow? is there a thread on the board who goes in details with all the email marketing tools and techniques (cleaning lists, tracking inbox/bounce rate without mailchimp ect)?

Desktop applications are mostly useless for serious mailing for a number of reasons.

If you have a lot of SMTPs, then there are two possible solutions:
a) Master-server, which divides mails and passes them onto slaves
b) Plugins (possibly custom made) for software like Interspire or Mailwizz, which would rotate smtps

No, you can't because your domain will be blacklisted when you are reported for spam.
I need something that will not be affected by spam reporting.

There are many software in the market like Interspire/Oempro/Active campaign etc. This are list managing software For Managing contact list and for sending mailing we use PMTA . by using this software you may send 1 Million Mail per day

I have some vps's configured as smtp servers with fresh never used for bulk mail ips.
I can sent about 50 000 mails/day without any problems (maybe more). To sent mails I'm using proffesional paid desktop software. I'm open for any proposal. I am much cheaper then any other paid service like mailchimp, mailjet etc.
