I am not sure what are you referring when you say "Legit Email Sender" if you are referring to sending infrastructure provider, then infrastructure provider isn't actually the sender, it is you who are sending to your list using your sending information which makes you the sender. And it is always bring good results if you do the sending thing by yourself, instead of relying someone to send on behalf of you. You can have someone to setup the things for you appropriately for good delivery rates, but the part of sending, tracking, evaluating, segmentation and reevaluating should be done by the sending himself. Just a suggestion...

Also looking for send solution to 100K lists. Would like to work with a service provider. Pls reply or pm.

but I personally liked Amazon SES. dead cheap and easy to set up. But you can try all the above solutions. Sending bulk mail using dedicated VPS was the most time-consuming.

Applications:

Interspire is good SendBlaster 3 & MaxBulk Mailer is another option. If you are using Amazon SES you can go with sendy.
