Built a site and now might sell????

I built a site around a cpa offer. It is wordpress and on page 2 of a very targeted keyword. It is a .info. I have put only a little bit of backlinking and one article is on the site at the moment. Is this sellable at all?

Need some earning or needs to show it potential before you can get decent price. With one article and no traffic report I doubt you will get alot.

It might be.. what kind of local monthly searches does that keyword get?

Yea there is not much traffic. Maybe i should keep pushing it to page one and put some more articles that i already have done. Also drop adsense on it?

Unless the site is worth at least 10K or so, I don't think that Thomas and Bryan would be able to help the OP with anything but advice.

When selling, especially a quick .info type site, earnings are king. Make money first, then sell it.

@OP - anything can be sold, it's just a case of for how much. .info domains tend to be hard to shift unless they have earnings, as every noob under the sun can afford them when they are putting together their next project with amazing "potential".

Why don't you invest in some linkpushing, and get it to page one, see how much it makes and then consider selling it? Don't give up so soon until you've maxed out how far YOU can get it. Currently, it's not going to be worth much, so unless it's really a dud project, I'd keep it for now.

I just checked. The site is ranked for three similar keywords. Local monthly is 49.5k, 9.9k and 18.1k.
