How you mean authority site, new domain and 30 articles ?
Apparently, that term is very stretchable. Usually when someone say "authority site" people think on thousands or at least hundreds of quality articles, original photos and other content, very knowledgeable writers on the subject or niche where the site is authority, domain is old at least 3 years (usually 8+ years) ,have regular returning visitors and many other quality sources pointing and referencing the site....

In my opinion you should go for guest posting based on your website them and directory submissions. They are trusted sources of link building and you can also get natural traffic to your website.
