because happen to chit with one dude also doing on line marketing , he is pro on adsense etc comment he give coaching on Adsense ..He ask me how I promote my site , I told me build backlink in PNB , he told me now don't work ...I feel perhaps he mean more towards those dealing with Adsense which I also doing....from what he type etc, when I ask back ." he seem using legal pay traffic " aka using FB ad to promote his site to get instant legal traffic.

They work. The problem is bad marketers today (which is many) build them like pro marketers use to in 2012-2013.
They rush or don't learn how to pick good domains. Then they do the same thing when building and using their networks. Do the same thing on their target sites. Or they underestimate the niche they're in. They don't build a foundation for their sites, don't diversify, there's a lot of different ways you can fuck up SEO in general.
The guys doing it "right" just do it right. And "right" is a relative word but I do my SEO like it's 2020 instead of 2016. I build money sites like authority sites. PBNs like money sites. Tier 2 at the quality most are doing their Teir 1's or actual PBNs.
For me it's all about opportunity costs. I don't wanna deal with the bs. Don't wanna deal with deindexed domains, fixing sloppy backlinking or a poorly build site... so I take my time now, which is a lot of time to shield myself from most that shit in the future. I populate and age all my PBNs. I backlink slow and diversify. I find just by having that attitude of "do it right the 1st time or don't do it at all" everything works great in the long haul.

A proper PBN is a group of normal looking sites that you control linking to your moneysite. Until Google stops using backlinks for ranking, a proper PBN is still going to work.

Ofcourse they still work but you need proper diversity first. Once you have good diversity, then slowly drip-feed the pbn links.

Yes, it is possible to create a pirvate blog network with more back links only if you have the quality back links related to your niche then it helps to rank higher.

Poor content quality,
Using a domain that already had a penalty,
Not linking out to other useful websites etc.,
Look for it and create a back links with a good quality content which is more effective.

I saw multiple PBNs High Authority websites in RankerX as wordpress.com, Facebook, twitter, jimdo,... I checked it and They're working. I think that SEO never dead until Google is DEAD .

PBN are still effective if you do it on right way.. SEO will never die, Some of them using crazy method which result came to know SEO is dead.
