SEO will exist till the search engines are. But the tactics changes. I think content is more powerful rather link buildings.

once again, SEO using PBN will never dead because the only thing matters for SEO competition is authority backlinks
everybody can make same quality of on page SEo optimization, offpage (backlink) and user experience is the ultimate benchmark for metering site quality.

SEO never dies.People should know how to control the PBN's.
Because PBN's are one of the main sources of link building.
Using it in a proper way is up to them.
