Great thread!
Great thread!
Yeah, I'll release that in a few days.Well I already run hundreds of accounts in various niche , if you can make a tut on how to make a cool logo for IG in 5 mins it would be awesome. For bio , I think I got how to make good bio by just watching others but would like to see how you spin them too
Please try and keep questions hereNice planning. I've got something similar arranged but with a particular style/aesthetic rather than a subniche. I'm also planning on using online stores to monetize, but I've run into the problem of branding: do I have one main brand and feed the other accounts into the main, or do I set up a brand for each page? Would love to discuss with you about this, PM me?
Have a look here.@hasa1015 thanks for this post, im currently developing my own network right now im at 20 acc, hopefully finish 20more acc by tomorrow and end up with 100acc by the end of the month, these post of your help me a lot.
It would be great if you make a more detailed post how to grow each acc faster, i mean by how to properly target hashtags the proper way and Follow/unfollow method (setting, how to find active acc to follow their follower etc)
Yeah, fan pages are a great idea, especially for Football.so for example, I have a football news website, centered on the majors football leagues, we have 1 facebook pages centered on the main league of my country, and 1 for international leagues, plus another for highlights, do you think would be good to have fanpages centered around players? 1 for each major players? we haven't tried until now, with the other pages especially the international leagues one we get blocked from fb time to time, for copyrights inf. I worry that with the players may be the same, here Facebook is the main social media used, all the others social together may be are less that 5%, so also we use them not really much.
I agreeDon't use PMs please
I am also interested in this topic as I'm going to use instragram for ecom.
Just randomise them. Split them up into folders like I mentioned here.I have now scraped about 5k images and I can surely use 3k for im IG accounts. I would like to use 5 in the exact same niche since it's a big audience in this niche.
Should I use all my 3k pictures on all of the 5 accounts or should I split them to 600 "unique" images for each account?
If I could use them for all should I post the same images on all my 5 accounts at the same day or should I randomize this if it's possible with massplanner? (Now I have only a few accounts and each account has it's own image folder or repost)
Thanks manAnother classic, Harry.
Great thread!
they are shit, ig began cracking them down !what are you thoughts of IPV6 proxies for ig?
In my last Instagram thread, I briefly touched upon the subject of Private Engagement groups and how building up an authoritative network can lead to massive, self-sustainable growth as well as increased and more consistent earnings.

Exactly what am thinking, as we all know content is the kingThere is only so much you can do re-post other people's work. These large website pay real salaries, send off photographers to Jamaica or Iceland for photo-shoots. Why would a brand choose a 600K lifestyle account by one of "us" here versus going to uncrate, cool material or gear patrol?
Just wondering.
As @mitussj said, I don't really like them.what are you thoughts of IPV6 proxies for ig?
I am curious about how you plan to go about becoming a "Authoritative" network. I am a blogger for a very large D.A. website in one of these niches. I can't say. So I get influencers and brands contact me all the time to get featured. I have a small #. Less than 2K. I am thinking of creating a feature men's lifestyle account. Lets take your example of watches and men's outfit ideas.
How do you compete with a large name brand like uncrate (99k) and gear patrol (66k). They have real websites where people send them $15,000 watches or $8,000 chairs for review. By all means, legitimate publications. They don't need to do any black-hat and everyone in the industry knows who they are. Real brands want to get featured. So how does a person, here, for example, create a lifestyle account with say 600K followers. How can one monetize and become an "authority" in this niche. There is only so much you can do re-post other people's work. These large website pay real salaries, send off photographers to Jamaica or Iceland for photo-shoots. Why would a brand choose a 600K lifestyle account by one of "us" here versus going to uncrate, cool material or gear patrol?

Nice share OP, currently looking at starting my own authority network in my own niche... one limitation which i haven't really gotten a hang on is where do you get the images for the accounts, some popular accounts already watermarked their pictures, and even if you auto repost using MP, would it be legal? Wouldn't you get reported or such etc...

i have an extension in google chrome that helps me scrape contents (pics + videos) from IG accounts, like @hasa1015 said i could tag them in my posts and then remove after some days... if that option exists in MP then am cool with it. and yes @mitussj i'll give yours a try if only i can get a stock site that has pics in my niche.Get foggy mountain image scraper from marketplace by @Jomasdf . I scrape 1k images in full HD from stock sites on my vps in just 5 mins using it. Its really worth it!
is this the normal of the IG edition of MP?i have an extension in google chrome that helps me scrape contents (pics + videos) from IG accounts, like @hasa1015 said i could tag them in my posts and then remove after some days... if that option exists in MP then am cool with it. and yes @mitussj i'll give yours a try if only i can get a stock site that has pics in my niche.![]()
I agree, content is most definitely key! There are a lot of big accounts out there that literally have 1000s of posts on their account.
In MassPlanner I set it so that it always reposts different content.
There are also option to tag the OP to give them credit or remove the posts after x days in order to lower the risk of getting reported.
Very interesting layout, I own @historic, @dramatic @sassy, @pits, @locates @ocd, @snacks, @delicious, @hedgehogs, @bassets, and @HairSpray on instagram lol, feel free to make me a layout that I could possibly usehaha but no for real I like this, I don't really monetize on instagram and have always just used twitter and so I am looking into it more now and this was a lot of help.
That didn't answer the question. Real publications with 20,000-60,000 followers have real clout. SO in your authority network, say you get 1 million followers, why would a brand go to you ...
Why would they go to you for any sponsorship/branding shout-outs
Take Gear Patrol for example, Tudor, a child company of Rolex, pays Gear Patrol to have a blogger travel across America, visit hotels, They pay two photographers to document everything and they post it on their website. THere is value even though that account has a smaller number of followers.
Wait do you actually? I can't tell if that was sarcasm haha
It's not all about sponsorships from big brands with budgets like that. There is a very big difference between paying $500 for a shout out and hiring a team full time to travel the world.
What are you talking about?I don't think you understand my point.
GearPatrol has 66K followers . In the past, they've sent out people all over the world. In short, they produce freaking good content as it is all original.
Here comes you with a 1 million follower account who does nothing but post other people's pictures. You sell a shout out for $500.
They have less than you and they want to sell a shoutout for $500 as well. Well, rather, they take a sponsored post. They're also followed by every top editor, magazine writer, real celebrities and people get to meet those writer.
Were just some guy in our basement running a bunch of bots.
So why would I buy a shout-out from you when I can pay to get a shout-out from them that goes to real influential people. That is my point. They have authority even at 60K versus your 1 million followers.
I can give examples of "Authority" accounts with only 20-30k. They may have a smaller IG following but they have multiple reach on other channels.
I know some of these sites take small sponshorships. WHen you go to their websites, the paid articles are mixed in with the real ones. With the tag-line sponsored.
What makes your account an authority besides the large follower numbers?
What are you talking about?
People buy shout outs for maximum exposure, not to get their dick sucked by some editors.
That is exactly my point. Maximum Exposure.
$500 shoutout from a 1 million account runs for 3-6 hours. Then goes away. Some of those large accounts are not business profile
so they don't provide reach/impressions. You have no idea if you got even 10K people to view the shoutout. In fact, I've paid $60 for a 2.3 million fitness account and got zero in return.
@interiordose 377k. They sell shoutouts for $200. They have no business stats to back their reach.
I've bought shout-outs from 100k accounts and the ones that had Business profile only showed 10-15K reach/impression.
I can use that same $500 to buy a sponsored post in a real magazine. A fluff piece that is written by me that tells the world
how amazing my $3 made in China scarf is and how they should go to my Etsy store. I can track those conversion in Facebook Pixel
and see 10K visited from a link and 3K actually bought something using FB Pixel.
That same post will live on forever in Google searches. They will be reshared by FB and Twitter bots. I can use the website badge as "social proof" on my Instagram or Etsy store saying ... "As featured on YYY blog"
For $250. I can go to upwork and hire an "editor" to write about me in Huffington Post, Forbes, Inc. This is what a lot of crowdfund guys do now. They basically buy their social proof.
That is my point. What value in $500 shout-out do I get from your network versus what I just described.
Can you provide demographics business stats that show it was viewed by 20-40 year olds who live in New York, San Francisco versus 12 year olds in Jakarta.
Right now, Business Profile is mandatory for shout-outs costing more than $200.
I've been shafted a few times when these large accounts post off-hours when their followers are most inactive. So now, I only ask for Business Profiles.
Or I can get A fluff piece for GearPatrol is around $1200. Greasing the wheels, you can get a writer to do it for $300.
Either way, I get maximum exposure.
The general point I am making is a 1 million follower count doesnt mean squat these days when an account with 30-60k who are real authorities in their niche will give better explosure/returns/reach. This is why shout-outs over the past year have dropped considerably in price to buy.
