Build the ultimate IM bot

So, I'm a developer. A pretty good one. I enjoy programming, it's fun. I've been developing now for 11 years. I've worked full time as a developer for 6 of them , currently employed by a to- big-to-fail bank in the USA. I've built small 1 run applications and architected multi million dollar projects. I know what I'm doing.

But, and it's a big but, I don't know much about marketing. I've tried learning, and I've had a few small successes, but not big. Nothing to write home about. It's complex. Easier to start difficult to master. I want someone who knows all about it. Whose been doing this for 10 years. Who knows about linkbuilding, ad buying , split testing, everything.

I want to build a marketing tool that is everything. Just everything. When you wake up and turn the computer on. No matter what ur doing u open the tool. Split testing, we show you how your companions compare. Link building we show you what you did yesterday and last week and what you have tasked today. Conversion rates, rank tracking, anything and everything. I don't even know what all it should do. That's where you come in.

Think scrapebox. You can't do anything without it. Now think bigger then scrapebox.

Internet marketing isn't going anywhere. I'm looking for a long term partnership. Tell me what you do for work, what the bot could to do to help , and let's build a tool that every person who does IM, no matter what kind of IM they do, is going to buy.

Just an idea, Maybe build a simple social media analytics tool. Which would tell how accounts are performing, engaging audiences, reach of a post etc

I don't think this is what he wants. If you read his post carefully, you will notice he doesn't want to limit his project to social media, he said every aspects of IM, this is just one

Social media is certainly a part i am interested in, but just one section.

Very correct, but social is defiantly a part of it.

I don't want to kill your enthusiasm but you would need large team to keep such bots updated. I did a lot of bots in my time using ZP and from my experience every month about 10% of bots using 3 party websites stop working because of some changes. I would focus on one think that you can do better then every one not spreed thin on 1000s thinks. Don't be like other software makers hear who made bot after bot and after 3 months it dose not work.

Most bots require pretty regular website updates. But It seems like BHW is pretty saturated now with 1 off boys so I figured a more complete bot would be more competitive. Did you have any specific suggestion in mind?

I may have You know complete bot don't have to be all in one. It have to solve problem and no1 problem for all people on BHW is how to make money. You would be better with one bot that use one method from A-Z then with bot that do everything and nothing.
