Hello i have many sim and the equipments too for running bulk sim at once. But i want to implement the system like smspava or getsmscode.Anyone here can able to do it or have contacts ?

You can apply to work with smspva they have their own device which costs $200 and they will share 50% of profit with you.

You would need something like the Wavecom Q2406A. It can hold upto 32 SIM cards

Then you would need someone to code a software that takes input from customer, checks for sms on sim card and return the sms code to customer.

In short, not an easy endeavor.
