yeah, they're different "websites" in google's retarded view. @Turbo B. was right, you should build links to the version you want to use
 
What Version you are using ?

normally i prefer non www var for all my websites.
 
Depends on how your site is set up and any redirects.

Well I am building to non www one ., I added non www version through search console. But on google I see the www version.. Paradox

you will lose authority but only if you purposely build links to the "wrong" version, but nobody's putting a gun to your head to do this so no worries :)
 
Same value for building links to either the www or non-www version,
However, before building links, make sure that your site is using only one version, www or non-www. If not, this will result in serious problems with duplicate content.
