What is the difference of building backlinks to the same website, one with www (https://www.xxx.com) and one without www (https://xxx.xom)
Does google consider them diffrent ?

Build links to a version you use.
If links will come to a different version you will lose some link juice on 301.

you will lose authority but only if you purposely build links to the "wrong" version, but nobody's putting a gun to your head to do this so no worries
