Bug with jr.vip?

I have an active subscription on paypal yet it tells me that my jr.vip has expired?

It hasn't charged me anything and yes I do have enough funds.

Should I just cancel the subscription and pay manually? It told me it would auto-renew but it didn't...

Really frustrating.
