My BHW Usage- I'm mostly a lurker and most of my posts are in the search of services. I love this site. I find BHW incredibly useful and look forward to the day that I can provide more support by getting a paid membership.

On a couple of occasions I have had a bad experience with BHW services. Previously a BST, and most recently a JRVip freelancer for trustpilot reviews. In both cases, resolution (refunds) was only gained by negative feedback through BHW. In both cases the BHW provider was promptly outraged by the nagative feedback.

I'm usually not inclined to remove such feedback, but in his most recent case (fully refunded, no harm, no foul) I would have. EXCEPT the Skype message requesting the removal of negative feedback was followed by a threat of "negative reviews". Now maybe this could mean feedback to BHW. Or , more likely I think, negative reviews on the trustpilot account that he was to provide review service.

1) I think this (accurate feedback removal to get refund or after refund) happens quite a bit and allows poor BST services and JRVips to operate with a inaccurately positive reputation on the site.

2) This JRVip can go pound sand. If he wants to torch my clients account with negative reviews, be me friggin guest. The only question is if site admin is interested in looking into this account. Threatening another member should be grounds for JRVip removal in my mind, if not more. But I dont really know the rules here.

The last provider had limited positive feedback, he sold me on skype. Im partially accountable here. So be aware this is happening and follow the 10 commandments stickied.

Unhappy with a service and unable to resolve, then open a Shitlist but only if the service was ordered through BHW.

Any seller who sells reviews, then leaves negative reviews on your page/ Amazon product page etc, report them as this is no different to an seo seller conducting NegSEO against your website. If this is proven, not only will they have any BST closed, they will be removed from BHW.

Any seller who threatens to leave negative reviews, send me the screenshot and I'll deal with it.

I wasn't sure about SL since this occurence was not BST. It was only 50 dollars and I did get a refund which I didnt really expect.

I messaged Mister F and will defer to his judgement.

At this point I'm mostly interested in highlighting this in an effort to educate and encourage warranted use of negative feedback. BHW is awsome. But the services can be dicy to use sometimes. Maybe there's opportunity to tighten this up and increase monetization for the site? Elite services with an escrow? I dunno.

OK , so this morning I recieved more threats of retaliatiion. There's no ambiguity now.

Emailed additional screenshot to @MisterF . I have not had any response from him thus far.

I also wanted to edit the feedback, noting the refund and possible amend it to neutral or something. But to be honest, I dont feel great about that given the retalitiory threats. But I am a bit concerned about my client suffering because of this. I didnt really see a way and just commented that a refund was recieved.

Regarding opening a SL, I was really hoping, A) an admin would resolve this without a SL or B) they would make the recommendation to open one.

@Samtondon, The facts are that you went silent and only issued the refund after negative feedback. Only after recieving negative feedback did you issue a refund and IMMEDIATELY threaten relatiation via negative reviews. After your latest messages, I definitely feel this disqualifies you as a JRVip and service provider; and precludes sorting this out in way where I or BHW endorse you to continue to provide services. Threats of retaliation should simply be unacceptable. There were other ways to resolve this, and this is the ONE you chose. I'm sure you'll do it again if allowed.

Yes I did said becoz client seen my message and don't even reply. I did everything he asked and removed one review I did. Then he said give me a refund then I was okay and asked for his email. He sent me his email and nothing else. I got over 20 new messages on skype everyday and his message got down I i forgot. Client never reminded me for once and just did negative review here. I think people can understand how it hurt your business when someone do a negative review for you for no reason. I know I refunded him late but he never reminded me once.

Additional info - I was out for a few days and I have loads of messages stacked up on skype. So if someone don't reply its always better to send them one more text. I was happy to refund and I always offer refund to all my clients if they wanna change the service.

Also see the image, I asked for his email for refund but other than talking to me for once he love to destroy my reputation. This will make anyone mad. But before doing anything stupid I atleast texted him on skype.

@MisterF I have over 50+ happy clients right now and done business with way way more. Been on bhw for long time and still he do this without asking me for once. How is that fair?

You rise above it if you think it was uncalled for.

But to threaten to basically NegSEO a buyers site is not acceptable in any way shape or form.

For the record;
I personally would temp ban you for a month here and now, however as there's not an admin online just now, I'll have to hold off on this.
 
@MisterF and lying is? He wrote on my profile that he gave me clear instructions, I can show you all the screenshot from our talk and he just asked for reviews nothing else and he gave me no clear instructions on skype. But I still do what he asked and removed my review and going for refund.

If you wanna ban me for something I didn't do wrong then I don't know what to say. Also saying something and doing have a big difference. I said stuff becoz client not replying to me after seeing all those messages, I would never hurt anyone business so something this stupid.

@MisterF that's the problem, you only looking at his side of story. He is just reselling my service, he don't care if I do any neg review for him, he don't care and I knew it and that's why he is taking advantage of all this. I texted him becoz he WASN'T REPLYIN ME AFTER SEEING MY MESSAGES.

You are totally missing the point. You made the threat, plain and simple.


11 months ago I posted this ( funny enough ) about a seller on here who had been here even longer than me.

Once the refund was issued, the deal was done. What kind of response were you expecting?

I've had unfair negative reviews on many platforms, so yes, I do understand. But I've never resorted to blackmail to resolve the situation.
