Check out Socialadr.com
They have a free version where you have to post other sites to your bookmarking accounts and a paid version where you get a certain number of bookmarks each month.

I have tried socialadr and it has not worked for the big accounts. Reddit, no way, Stumbleupon, sooner or later, the account gets suspended. You really have to build reputation with both accounts to get anything out of them.

I don't use or post to Stumbleupon but since were on the topic I wanted to point out that https://posterous.com is awesome. I use it to post directly to various WP blogs. It also autoposts to the following:

Facebook, Facebook Page, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogger, Tumblr, Typepad, Wordpress, MovableType, Other blog, Flickr, YouTube

i provide social bookmarking service from high pr domains pr1-8 include 4 pr8 sites: reddit, stumbleupon, digg, delicious.

I do random bookmarks, but there is a chance you will get your link bookmarked from those sites.

I've been using Fiverr gigs for Stumbleupon: likes, comments etc - they have plenty, just check it
