Bridge page for affiliates(CLICKBANK)

A little query.
I have my opt-in page on which I give something valuable for free and a landing page(vendors page).A bridge page is some thing that an affiliate makes in between opt-in page and a landing page.
So on a bridge page what should I contain, a video doing a review or something in text?
Or do we really need to make a bridge page, that is - we send traffic from my e-mail list directly to the landing page?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I think bridge page is important, pre-selling the stuff is the key nowadays. Sending them to the aff page directy looks fishy.

I think some sort of bridge page is always better. If you are sending out emails, the message should contain link to bridge page, which will contain link to clickbank sales page.

The bridge page can be a review page or something similar. Check other affiliates and see how they doing it.
