I don't know if it is limited or not.

When you try to make the videocall it ask to install a Java.

However (for me) it's a simple bullshit...since it works with Skype, and not with some plugin...

They are just paranoid Google+ are going to have a feature over them, so they quickly put together their own video chat.

I can't see how this can be used to bank though, unless you was eWhoring and you was to play some sex video.
