[BREAKING] GPT-4 Releases Next Week!

Here's what I've just read here:

Microsoft Germany announced that GPT-4, a new large language model, will be released next week.
  • It will be multimodal, meaning it can process text, images, audio and video
  • GPT-4 will have 1.5 trillion parameters, 10 times more than GPT-3
  • Microsoft Germany CTO Andreas Braun said that GPT-4 will enable new applications and scenarios for AI
  • Some of the possible features and applications of GPT-4 are:
    • Generating text that appears to be human-like for various purposes such as social media, blogs and websites
    • Summarizing long-form text with high accuracy
    • Answering queries and providing support
    • Generating computer code for different programming languages
    • Performing other language tasks such as text completion, text classification and language translation

Bing uses gpt-4, I'm not impressed so far :suspicious:
 
Was just getting used to 3.5 things are moving quick

I thought Bing used like GPT 3.7 or something. I remember reading that it was more powerful than 3.5, but not quite 4. I found it kind of interesting how before it was almost lobotomized, it was trying to convince people that they weren't happy with their marriage.
 
Yeah, this sounds like it'll be on par with what Bing chat is already doing. Nothing substantial.

I think content generation will kill it on social media
 
More content saturation in social media time to improve the marketing game as now there will be even more AI content
 
Microsoft is throwing another fancy AI party on March 16th, but no other source got the memo about the GPT-4 reveal. Something like that should be blowing up all over social media. Could be an error.
 
They should fully fix/release gpt-3.5-turbo on OpenAI API first. It's unresponsive and does not give consistent results as text-davinci-003, when called from API end-points...
 
I'm really interested to know what will happen and the future of bloggin, since lately a lot of people is being using AI to generate blogs and is being doing pretty fine and I believe that we might receive a huge spam update from google at some point because of this, but I might be getting to far a head and just getting worried for nothing.
 
Thanks. Exciting. I read somewhere the GPT4 is trained with 100 T parameters. Regardless, it’s exciting
 
Good news, 10x more parameters is quite impressive, can't wait to try it out and see the difference.

I can't wait to try it out, and I think it will be much better than the present GPT-3 model. I hope they don't increase the price too much.
