Hey, I have been thinking about creating a new service that solves a major pain point for most online businesses. Which is online reputation management, by notifying and reacting professionally to negative comments on Yelp, Google +, Facebook, Tripadvisor (hotels) etc. I have done some research on what companies do right now but I would love to hear peoples input in the forum. Here are some questions I have: 1. Is it profitable, can you offer this service for hundreds of dollars per month or is it cheaper like 49$ per month? 2. How do you find clients to sell this service too? (I thought about looking at companies with existing bad reviews and giving them a call) 3. With fake online reviews being illegal, what beneficial services could a brand manager provide?
